Return, Exchange and Shipping Policy

No returns accepted. These handbags are custom made carefully and is inspected prior to purchase and/or shipping to ensure that our quality standards have been met. Jag it Edge handbags are not responsible for the normal wear and tear of your bag. The size of the bag can vary slightly due to it being handmade. Most bags can be spot cleaned with a mild detergent and warm water. Failure to care for the bag properly will void the agreement to repair and/or remake the bag. However, if within 30 days there is a manufacturing defect, we will repair or remake the product at no charge. Call or email Jag it Edge customer service and set up a return process at (951) 323-9057 or customerservice@jagitedge.com  Please note, that there are no refunds on handbags and/or accessories damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier. We do not refund shipping costs or credit card fees. They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.

If you have further questions about returning an item(s) purchased online please email information at customerservice@jagitedge.com. The item(s) must be shipped back to us via an insured, trackable carrier.  
                                                                            
All items purchased on sale are considered FINAL SALE and can not be accepted for return.

Shipping
  • Orders within the United States will be shipped by USPS - Ground, unless requested by you, the customer. Jag it Edge does offer UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air at an additional cost. 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air Shipping refer to time in which UPS
    gauarantees delivery after they pick up the package from our facility.


  • Delays: If a shipment takes longer than normal it's because items are out of stock and allow up to three weeks for production time. You will be notified if your purchase order is delayed. If this is a rush, please let us know and we may be able to accommodate you.
